SmartBNB is not a game. It is the app we are building for people who run short-term and long-term rentals and are tired of chats, notes, and spreadsheets that do not talk to each other.

Who it is for

• Owners see income, expenses, occupancy, and what needs a decision.
• Managers assign turnovers, cleans, and repairs, then review the work.
• Staff get a task with access codes, a checklist, and photo handoff.
• Tenants can report a problem without joining the staff chaos.

What is in the product

Role-specific dashboards. Properties with occupied and vacant status. Tasks with triage colors. A three-step clean protocol (photos before, inventory and lock PIN, photos after). Team chats by property. Custom roles so a bookkeeper does not get the same buttons as a handyman. Voice capture for a quick task. Offline-friendly workspace sync.

Pricing we are aiming at

A 30-day trial for the working roles, then a low monthly subscription. Tenants stay free. iOS is native SwiftUI. Android is in active development to match.
