Your first three unique job reports are free. NeatProof Pro unlocks exports for additional jobs through a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Previously unlocked job reports remain available to export. Prices and billing periods appear in the app before purchase; local prices may vary.

Open Settings in NeatProof and tap Restore purchases using the Apple Account that originally subscribed.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions and NeatProof. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple manages billing and refund requests.
Where are my jobs saved?
Jobs and photos are stored locally. Device backups may include them depending on your Apple settings. Export important PDFs to Files before deleting the app. NeatProof does not provide its own cloud sync or account recovery.
Camera and photos
Allow Camera access to take job photos, or use the Photos button to select individual images. Photo labels record when an image was added to the job, which may differ from its capture time.
