NeatProof is published by Huk Interactive / Vitalii Huk. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). No custom EULA replaces Apple’s standard agreement for NeatProof.

Optional subscriptions

The first three unique job reports are free. An optional NeatProof Pro monthly or yearly subscription unlocks report exports for additional jobs. The applicable price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings. Previously unlocked reports remain available to export.

Manage purchases

Use Restore purchases in the app with the purchasing Apple Account to restore eligible Pro access. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s process and applicable law.

Your records

You are responsible for the content you add and share, including permission to photograph properties or client information. NeatProof organizes user-supplied records; it does not independently certify cleaning completion, prove when a photograph was captured or provide a legal inspection certification. Review each report for accuracy.
