Privacy policy

Huk Interactive, published by Vitalii Huk (“we”), provides NeatProof. This policy describes the NeatProof iPhone app. The company’s website privacy policy separately explains practices on other pages of hukinteractive.io.
1. Your job content stays on your device
NeatProof stores property and client details, cleaning dates, checklists, room notes, business contact details and job photos locally on your iPhone. The app does not upload this content to our servers. You do not need to create an account. We cannot view or recover your local jobs.
2. Camera and selected photos
Camera permission is used to take job photos when you request it. The system photo picker lets you choose individual images without giving the app access to your whole library. Imported images are resized and re-encoded as JPEGs without copying original location metadata. Labels record when an image was added to a job; they are not verified capture times or GPS evidence. Camera permission can be changed in iPhone Settings.
3. No advertising or cross-app tracking
NeatProof contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or tracking identifier collection. We do not sell your app data, combine it with data from other companies for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not perform that tracking.
4. Apple purchases
Apple processes optional subscriptions. The app reads verified purchase and entitlement information from Apple to unlock Pro and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card information in the app. Apple may provide sales, financial and aggregated reporting through App Store Connect under its own policies. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Reports you choose to share
PDF reports contain the job information, checklist, notes, photos and business details you entered. You select the recipient and destination through the system share sheet. Review a report before sharing. Files sent to another person or service are then subject to that recipient’s practices, and removing a job from NeatProof does not delete those copies.
6. Retention, deletion and backups
Local content is retained until you remove it or delete the app. You can delete jobs and remove photos in the app. Temporary exported PDFs may remain in the app’s temporary storage until iOS clears it or the app is deleted. Device backups may contain app data depending on your Apple settings; manage those backups separately. Deleting the app removes its local container, but does not cancel your Apple subscription or delete copies exported elsewhere.
7. Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use it to respond and investigate your request, and retain it only as needed for support and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or client information.
8. Security and website access
The app relies on iOS application storage and file protection. No security measure is absolute. Opening a website link leaves the app; the website’s hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information and access time for delivery and security. These NeatProof support and policy pages include no advertising or analytics scripts added by us.
9. Children
NeatProof is a general-purpose work tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated app backend. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us to request deletion.
